Away - Tues. March 27

The Cubs took an early lead, 1-0, in the second inning but gave up six runs in the proceeding four innings to trail 6-1 going into the seventh. A two-run seventh wasn't enough to spark the Cubs.

Home - Thurs. March 29

LA Harbor jumped to a 5-0 lead after two innings and never looked back. The Cubs scored two runs in the third and one run in the fourth, but LA Harbor had scored 11 runs by the top-of-the-eight inning.

First baseman Jerry Rodriquez was the most potent Cub batter in going 2-for-4 with one run. Designated hitter Brian Carlin was 2-for-3 at the plate.
